Randy has been an active investor in real estate for almost 20 years. He has purchased many properties of various types and fixed and flipped, and rented out several single family residences. He also owns apartment buildings and SFR’s which generate positive cash flow and has happy tenants paying his mortgage for him. Randy is an active member of the Greater Los Alamitos/Rossmoor/Seal Beach Community.
Randy has been President of the Los Alamitos Educational Foundation, the Los Al Youth Baseball League, and the Los Al High School Football Boosters and VERY involved with the Community and Schools Media Partnership, Griffin Football Foundation. he has been a recipient of the Heroes of the Heart Award from the School District and High School.
