College Park East Neighborhood Association serves the 1,739 residences that make up College Park East and the Old Ranch Townhomes located in Seal Beach, California.
CPENA’s primary mission is to strengthen the bond between neighbors by engaging the community in social events such as the Spring Fling, Fourth of July Celebration, Kids’ Swap Meet, Summer Sendoff/Movie Night, Snow in the Park and Annual Holiday Lights Contest .
CPENA funds its events by annual membership dues, donations and fundraising.
A sense of community is fostered through outreach at special events and by the use of social media & monthly newsletters.
Annual Membership Dues are $25.00. Please complete the online membership form to pay dues online . Membership is valid for one calendar year (January 1 – December 31) & is charged per household.
We encourage everyone to join CPENA! Our annual events provide opportunities for all residents (teens & children too!) to foster & build long-time friendships while creating a sense of community in the neighborhood. Help us make CPE great! Participate in neighborhood events that have become traditions. Receive pertinent community updates in our newsletters with all kinds of information relevant to “life in College Park East”🌞. Most importantly, by joining CPENA, you provide the means by which our sense of community in CPE is based on.
In addition to Membership dues, CPENA welcomes donations of any amount! We thank you for your support and look forward to serving you this year!
